Breathe Me In, Exhale Doubt – Guided Meditation – Princess Miki

This clip is intended to help you recognize what you have achieved since meeting Me. I want you embrace your present state, to cherish the intense emotions that you’ve experienced and to let go of fear. You will receive guided meditation from me. You will need to relax for the next few minutes. If you continue to listen to Me, you will find yourself in a state of blissful relaxation. The most important aspect of this session is breathing. I will encourage you throughout the clip to continue to breath. You should have deep breathing, but it should feel comfortable. I want you to visualize a few things every time you draw your breath. When you breathe in, I want to see you inhaling My words, My presence. It will bring you closer towards Me. Inhale My essence and My voice. As you exhale, visualize your worries, anxieties and hesitations vanishing into nothing. This should help you to feel clean. You’ll notice that your breathing can help you close the distance between you and me. I want you to be aware of any health issues you might have, and will encourage you scan your body periodically. Hearing My voice will remind you of your purpose and all that you are capable of. You should listen to it daily, even in your dreams. It helps you to be closer to Me and keeps you grounded.
